STMicroelectronics TSV772x and TSV7722x 5V Operational Amplifiers are single and dual 20MHz or 22MHz-bandwidth unity gain-stable amplifiers. The TSV772x Amplifiers feature an input offset voltage of 200µV max. (50µV typ.) at room temperature, optimized for common-mode close to ground makes the TSV772x ideal for low-side current measurements.
The TSV772x is a dual 20MHz-bandwidth unity-gain-stable amplifier. The rail-to-rail input stage and the slew rate of 13V/µs make the TSV772x ideal for low-side current measurement. The excellent accuracy provided by a maximum input voltage of 200µV amplifies a small-amplitude input signal. The TSV772x can operate from a 2.0V to 5.5V single supply and is fully characterized by an output capacitor of 47pF for easy usage as an A/D converter input buffer.
The TSV7722x 5V Operational Amplifiers are single and dual 20MHz or 22MHz-bandwidth unity gain-stable amplifiers. The TSV7722x Amplifiers feature an input offset voltage of 200µV max. (50µV typ.) at room temperature, optimized for common-mode close to ground makes the TSV772x ideal for low-side current measurements.
The TSV7722x 5V Operational Amplifiers can operate from 1.8V to 5.5V single supply, and it is fully specified on a load of 47pF. This operating voltage allows easy usage as an A/D converter input buffer. The TSV7722x Op Amps feature rail-to-rail output and excellent speed/power consumption ratio and is a 22MHz gain-bandwidth product while consuming just 1.7mA at 5V. The devices also offer an ultra-low input bias current enabling connection to photodiodes and other sensors where the current is the key value to be measured.
